Hi Andi~~I asked that question to Hrct a while back..They said that China would always make it difficult for the foreign companies trying to enter into the business arena...They have to provide some protection for the Chinese companies that are trying to grow into the post WTO market...All of Hrct's subs are on the inside and that will be to their advantage for a good long time....jmho...Aloha
