PL,,,Ytec isued a pr on 09-17-07 stating that Mr. Michael (Tao) Huang resigned from an independent Director position due to personal reasons...This was on the heels and during the collapse of the Cxti share price...

Mr.Tao Huang has always been listed on the Cxti website as the Chairman and Director...

Some posted on the topic at that time that this is the same person...It seemed plausible due to Mr. Huang, of Cxti, showing in his profile as having extensive background in the China banking industry...

Both companies promotions were or are being handled by Roth Capital at some point in the past...

So again it seemed a plausible connection without a great stretch of the imagination...
