2Late, Megas wasnt just sitting with no plans to ever use BCIT, he was & had been 'shopping' for a merger 'deal' for this shell when Pino/Pammy went to the dark side with it. Megas is fortunate to have us as it turned out, so I hope he acts accordingly with a positive ending for his shareholders. that's imho
