So lets look at this with common sense.

Megas is sitting on his coach three years ago when he gets a phone call that tells him his shell stock that he had essentially written off and left for dead for the preceeding FIVE years is now trading in the billion share range. Megas jumps up and says I'll demand a 203 buy in to remove the obviously fraud shares that are now trading since thats the law to protect investors. He see's a windfall in a cover to make shares good. The only problem is the SEC sits on their hands for three years and makes no judgement while the DTC says your gonna r/s all those fraudulent shares that Mario sold. Megas wanting the buy in that he couldn't get is now forced to issue 230 million shares to cover Mario's fraud. As the investigation unfolds Megas realizes that Mario's fraud is the lessor damage that has been done when compared to the NSS positions that were created. So he demands the cover to the SEC and DTC. They say sorry, ain't gonna do it. So Megas sues every shareholder to prove the NSS crime that has taken place. The SEC realizes that Megas who isn't a U.S. citizen isn't going away. The cover up and the fraud that has transpired can't be hidden. So they charge Mario and Pammy which nullify the shares issued by Megas to cover their fraud. Megas has spent almost a $million to get this to trade, but bashers want us to believe that Megas just wants to r/s the shell and screw us for no finacial gains to himself. No matter what Megas merges with the shell if he does a r/s he loses. The cost to clean the shell far exceeds it's value. He already left it for dead for five years prior to this mess. If he didn't think he could get a cover of the NSS or fraud he would have walked. His actions or lack of prove where the BCIT shell was going before our value was added. Our value is the fact that we paid our brokers to acquire us LEGAL SHARES and they never did. That debt not only requires payment, it demands it.
