i am not paid on this even thought the company i work for,new river financial(hotstockchat.com,and some others) do offer investor relations services...
he asked me when he got the reverse merger complete if i would set up the board on i/h...
i did not know he was doing a r/s with such a popular shell that there would people asking questions weeks ahead of him starting..

this is not a reverse split from old management starting a new idea,this is a company that bought a shell that had to keep the shareholders to stay active and why i imagine he used the 100 shares no matter what idea...but again when this does get started i expect the stock to be trading near .50..

i will have o/s and other info as far as transfer agent etc by middle of next week for you,did not expect there would be so much interest...
