As I have said before, I'm sure the SEC just doesn't run around willy-nilly and make unfounded accusations. Possibly this was one instance where Globetel was smart enough to leave no incriminating evidence behind.

Perhaps Globetel really DID need a race car team to consult with about VoIP communications......perhaps it WAS worth the thousands of shares they paid them to have Globetels name on the side of the car......
