I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to draw parallels to the case cited and Globtels involvement with the race car team.

After all, why would Globetel need the services of a race car team? If I remember correctly (and I was around then), they paid them an ungodly amount of money in shares. And for what? Consultant fees? To put Globetels name on the side of the race car?

Again - if other people used them for a clearing house to sell shares, then why is it such a stretch to imagine Globetel doing the same?
