there is a lot going on, they can only handle so much at a time. looks like the new company name is already discovered, the material event is when they roll up everthing under it. i think July is when we see things clear up and move forward on the business end. legal issues will take longer. if this happens, I hope to soak up some shares before it moves above these levels, still see no indications either way for a while.
