Okay uknowimright, what has CES done too redesign the product and to make a more consistently performing product in the last year?

I believe it was last fall that they began their collaboration with the nanotech company. I imagine the object of that collaboration was to improve the product.

What redesign stage was CES in and how much money/time is need to bring R&D to completion.

That we don't know, but if Hands is correct in saying production will resume shortly, then I assume the work is complete. However, the whole business seems to have taken a very long time, and the fact that their earlier marketing and distribution deal fell through is not encouraging.
