Jp...there is also the strong likelihood that by GTEM deciding to take the SEC to the mat on this in front of a judge on behalf of shareholders (after all we are the company), is prudent. (Not sure, I agree).

Sure they burn through more of the D and O insurance in doing so to pay the legals, but at this point Jon and the BOD, what is of them, feel that the shareholders will be better off with a fight than not...and feel strongly that the company, us, will be vindicated.

If that turns out to be the case...

Then that is a huge win.

The problem I have, which might turn out to be the case anyway, is I would prefer a quick non-culpable financial settlement, so we can move on.
