It sounds to me like Labwire has 5 ful-time employees. Having "25 service contract individuals available as used" (quoted from EarnestDD's post) does not imply a full-time expense. It implies that as Labwire gets blasts of work that can't be handled in a timely manner by the full-time staff, Labwire has the ability to pick up the phone and call as many of the 25 contract individuals as are needed and available. Just my opinion.
Besides, the only way I see revenue per employee as a meaningful metric is if it is used as a comparison among companies in the same or similar industries. It doesn't seem very useful to me as a stand-alone number.
