Being on the OTCBB brings investors who would never invest in pink sheet companies. Even Institutional investors sometimes invest in OTCBB companies (see example I gave recently).
You may be focused on the past, but I'm looking to the future. I'm certainly interested in seeing audited financials/filings for 2007, but 2008 is where we're at now. I'll only be interested in 2007 if there is undeniable evidence of wrongdoing. So far, this company has done what they said that would do (albeit very slowly), isn't diluting, is moving to a more respected exchange.
