Those filings are nearly a year off, we are still waiting for the 2007 10K!
Being on the OTCBB is no offset for small revenue growth. Last I looked, being on the OTCBB did not make the income statement, balance sheet or cash flow statement improve. If anything it adds substantial costs to comply with listing standards.
