I think his "butt has been in gear" he just has done a horrible job of communicating.
I think we will see in the weeks and months ahead a big change in attitude for investors and he will be able to have maybe an IR person dispurse and promote the company more effectively, so he can contibue to focus on more store openings and securing further financing.
I think people sometimes confuse missed deadlines and lack of communication as LIES. Not saying some haven't happened, but for the most part from my research in recent weeks, these guys have been working.
Like I have always said, I don't know how the market will react in the form of PPS going up, but I will be happy as transparency continues and stores open.
Also, VERY CONFIDENT that no R/S anytime soon.
