Looks like ASTM is chasing STEM again this afternoon. I've been on the sidelines with ASTM waiting for 1.06-7 to buy.

I don't know about the shorting in Europe. I don't give much credence to naked shorting in general.

For those who understand no explanation is needed, ...For those who don't none will.
