BullNBear~tftr~helpful, yes... but major concern is if they can be legally shorted there... yet helpful knowing that;

it has no affect on the US stock as far as dilution is concerned etc. You do the EURO conversion and it will be priced to the US equilvalent usually. You're basically trading the same stock on a different exchange. I hope that explains what you're asking

...with VTSI.ob, (without naked shorting) it can't be here and was trying to understand, if it can be in Europe, what the effects might be on the US otcBB?

Re ASTM; it is getting closer to my buy point... I like that "spec" play. Any idea of "the bottom"? Seems I waited too long on BSQR to pull that trigger ... that's what I get for trying to bottom fish lol
