less than 2yrs ago WTRO was trading at .45, now in my phone conversation with Mr Bains he said that this stock has be under-valued for quite some time and with this agreement with Cellvine Ltd will produce imidiate revenue for the company.

As for lack of volume, he said he is quite stymeed(sp) as to why there is more if not a steady stream for the low O/S
