hi, i resigned for alot of reasons.

1. I always felt comfortable with Cortellazzi. He always treated me with respect and I felt he was honest with me. I know he does want to succeed. I hope the African deal comes through - its the best shot I have ever had at becoming a very very rich person.

2. I do believe that the Guinea concession is a REAL deal that is going to close and I truly see a huge run coming in the near future.

3. I want to be able to sell my shares at free will. I think UMNG will uplisted quickly after the concession is finalized; or the concession (according to the boot agreement) could be sold, mortgaged, iron ore forwared sold; to a international steel company. Also we could be bought out and end up with much better paper than the UMNG stock.

4. Every american lawyer is looking for someone to sue. If UMNG stock becomes really high priced, and I am not experience at being a corporate board member - with the legal training to avoid traps. I would feel that the legal vultures would be baiting me so as to create a case to "steal" my winnings by dragging me into endless harrassment law suits.

5. There are THOUSANDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS impacting on the outcome of what happens to this concession.

6. and because the investors are in north america, there are huge windfall tax revenues over the horizon for canada and the usa - at federal and state level. (the investors will pay alot of taxes from their profits; and also in the usa the inheritance tax is becoming a nighmare threat in the outyears beyond 2010. and the us senate staffers did call me wanting to know what was going on in africa and i told them to hope we get it because it would be huge revenues for the us government. now you are learning the secret of free trade and international investing. it allows the us government to expand it tax revenue base.
