1. He is uncomfortable with the way things have panned out with UMNG (like when he called that emergency meeting) and he feels there is the potential this is a Cortellazzi Scam or just a plain scam, and doesnt want to be liable for anything.

2. He truly believes that the Guinea concession is a REAL deal that is going to close and he truly does see a big run coming in the near future and wants to be able to sell his shares at free will. (which as a pink sheet company I think he could do anyway right?)
