Either they always had the rights, and are, basically defrauding the investors by repeating it as if it were new info (as some on this board have alleged), or they only had control rights and now (presumably because they found something of interest), have secured the mineral rights.

IMHO, this latest news release has been worded a lot more carefully than most of their past ones. My suspicion is that they found something in the sampling that caused them to move forward. I also think they probably found only more micro-diamonds, since, if they found macro-diamonds, they would be moving a lot faster and making more of a fuss about it. More micro-diamonds would be something that would cause a more cautious move forward.

Hopefully we'll finally find out the results before the end of the next geological age!
