Thanks for the good response LF. my last question is what is a normal business interest rate. Quite seriously i have no idea. I know a home loan is like 6%, so i was just acting under the impression that a business loan would be closer to 10% depending on the amount of money being loaned.

LMAO, ive traded pennies for so long, im not used to companies getting interest rates - normally its just dilute dilute dilute, RS, dilute dilute dilute, RS. LMAO
