I think the Dairy Elves were some of the original Keebler employees and they feel they were let down when not given enough profit sharing or somthing for extra efforts during the early years of the company..
Yu know.. some of the bakers and frosters who put in double shifts in the early days and only collected for one.
They're used to early and long hours.. that's why they make good dairy people.. Early morning feeding and mikling 2 or 3 times a day..
