I remember they got rid of the last prospect when they wouldn't provide financial information to Bob Frome. I can wait for a good prospect company to come in, because Bob told me that he expects any suitor for the shell to provide financial information. He also told me that the final share structure would be similar to the last deal that got canceled, so we know what's in store.
