Let's hope the shell owner can find some pot. With only 1.9mil o/s and clean up to date filing, a decent pot reverse merger would be just what this company needs.

Just checking, is there anything going on behind the scenes with this or have you spoken with Frome lately?

If you look at his law firm and some of the RM's they have done in the past, I don't think they will be putting anyone crap in there. The last RM they had on the go involved a small RS, but the whole thing was canceled when the prospect company wouldn't provide Frome with decent financials.

That must be a couple of years ago now. I can wait as well, but this is grey, so good luck selling your shares if you want to.

The end goal a year or so ago was to go straight to the OTCBB and I check in with Frome every few months.

I agree. I'm tired of the basic penny pump n dump scams obtaining shells to dilute shares into.

I'd rather wait years for a legit company with value. With the low o/s we have it wouldn't require anything spectacular to give us a good pps.

Nothing as yet - he asked me if I knew anybody looking for a shell - LOL! They had a couple of companies lined up in the past, but didn't move forward with them due to their refusal to provide audited financial information. I am happy to wait on that basis, because it looks like they are looking for somebody good rather than some piss ant outfit.
