Well your opinion would be wrong. Since it was entered into during the 4th quarter, it was included in the 4th quarter figures as is their revenue recognition policy. It is their revenue recognition policy that matters, not yours LOL.

IMO:This was in IDCC's 10K filed after they provided 1st quarter guidance..There may well be a RIM 3G true up ..
