Same as I was thinking. But I think that the complaint mentioned "disgorgement of funds". I think this means he not only gets the $30K fine, he has to pay back any profit made from the illegal activities he participated in.

Could be wrong...but If I am I'm sure SOMEONE here will quickly set the record straight.....
