Thank you, i do! FWIW i do see a positive in the works here with the project being met on next week! Seems yonkers has been trying to get some development going for a long time.
Favorably thinking it should be an easy public response to get that project moving. I am not able to find many objecting thus far to that project and it will be good for the comany if they can get the public's support finalized and financing underway to get it happening.
As for the constant insinuations that the company is holding massive assets, i stil do not find any current information to support a favorable asset/liability ration, and in fact it seems a lotof their holdings have notes, mortgages, chattels, liens or other instruments against them.
A huge relief for shareholders could be had if it were to be discovered that cornell is no longer invloved and that all convertible promissory notes have been satisfied.
