Flotation Technologies and RD Instruments Form Strategic Alliance

San Diego, CA, January 6, 2004 -- Flotation Technologies, Inc., a global leader in deepwater buoyancy systems; and RD Instruments, the industry leader in the design, manufacture and supply of acoustic Doppler instrumentation today announced that they have entered into a new strategic alliance. Under the terms of this alliance, both companies will align sales, marketing, and product development resources to better serve the Oceanographic community through turn-key products and services.
