If Rizvi wasn't the CEO, then whoever was should have done something about this, or would be intentionally permiting these fake Forms to be out there for such a long time.

Nothing has been done and RIZVI is the CEO as per the filings.

If there were any other CEO, he should have done something and Filed something with the SEC.

Nothing has been done except a couple stupid PR's and nothing else.

My guess is that they all are waiting for those lawsuits and stuff to clear, and then we might get some movement, here.

I only hope it doesn't take too long, LOL.
