I have no dispute with what Manti has posted or the organizational structure, as explained at the SHM. However, Manti stated that this is a Nigerian company. That statement took me back. Now you say we are an American Company, which is my understanding also. There does appear to be some ambiguity.
The org structure, as explained appears to be standard practice.

I tried listening again to Peter's explanation but am a bit perplexed at the 2 1/2 percent and the 97 1/2 percent, but will trust our lawyers that ensure our interests are protected by such a structure.
