Maybe you need to hear it in other words, although it was explained by Manti and others, especially in the webcast, in excruciating detail. We, ERHC Energy, are an American company, and as such, can wholly own subsidiary companies based in other countries.This is very standard practice in many American companies that have international holdings.

BTW, the whole thing about the organizational structure of ERHC dealing with the 3 blocks in the JDZ has been on the books since shortly after the blocks have been awarded. It has been discussed on this board then in great detail.
