ATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/24/08 -- PAIVIS, CORP. ("PAIVIS") (PINKSHEETS: PAVC) today announced it is expediting the final phase of its deliverables under the merger agreement to effect a closing of the merger with TRUSTCASH HOLDINGS, INC. ("TRUSTCASH") (OTCBB: TCHH) within the month of May, 2008.
