its a prospectus to sell shares..they did it for like 14 mil I believe but most are not sold on market and bought thru non open market transactions say if a group or whomever wanted a big piece they can get in on that stead of piecing it together on open market.I believe they timed it well in that they know it is gaining attention and better to do it now and get it out the way knowing that shares are getting gobbled up down here now.Matter of time before they gone and float is near dry imo.)If it wasnt for that posam we would be well over 1 but cool with me cuz gives me time to add more before then lol.DF
