cm, this is a good example of the disconnect between Wave's sp and the realities of the emerging market for trusted computing that will ultimately benefit Wave. "Ultimately" is of course the operative word.

For example, what percentage of Ohio state government PCs now have TPMs and how long will it take for them to be activated? Since TPMs are now in their third year of being included with most enterprise PCs, the percentage is probably high, and the need to educate Ohio clearly appears to be negligible, so hopefully this is something that Wave will be able to convert in short order.
