I think the whole thing has gotten under my skin. Just frustrated at the lack of respect given to those that are going to bat for us. Look at the slimeballs they have to deal with on the nokia team. (BTW, Those e-mails attached to the motion to sever are gonna come back to haunt the nokia team. IMO) Lawyers are only as good as their case. We think we have a good one, or we wouldn't be here. What we don't need is a bunch of back seat drivers ripping on our legal team for all the world to see. Especially since we know the board is monitored. And people wonder why the shorts love this stock. Enough with the chicken little crap every time we take a punch!

As far as my lack of posting, my practice keeps me too busy to do more than lurk. I also don't think the board necessarily needs another legal mouth, as I think Loop, Whizzer, Ghors and Co. are phenominal in what they bring to the discussions.
