i have to quesiton your logic on items E and G

E) i see where the insiders are adding to their positons however i don't see where they are putting up their own $. The shares they have were given for board membership - they did not purchase them in the market.

G) They are not increasing margins - they're actually lower than the prior year 20% vs 22% and they're not showing operating income. Obviously this can't continue without future cash infusions from cornell.

You just keep pumping away.

Oh, and by the way did anyone else notice the number of shareholders. According to the 10K:

There are approximately 2,190 record holders of our common stock as of March 31, 2008.

That's up about 2,000+ shareholders (or is this another mistake in the 10K). I wonder if the SEC will have any comments on some of these misstatements????
