Where do you get that from, if correct they have probably been lying all along about the O/S in one way or another. Obviously the ~10 million were early on as they were "early investors" Which of course appears to make the 704 --> 716 likely and the last update of the pinksheets numbers before the filing appear to be an outright lie.
