Once again. The share count was 714,810,503. Aquagold issued restricted shares to management for their help in using their own money in the early stages of Aquagold. 150,020,000 restricted shares were issued to 4 members of management. That adds up to 864,830,503. It is in the filings on pinksheets. GL!
