If it r/s'ed now to .25, that .25 price tag would hold for about five seconds and it would be down to a dime in ten seconds. That wouldn't help them uplist. If they do things right, profit then buyback get the pps up first then the r/s price will hold. If they r/s first, then we all just got punked and we can kiss our money goodbuy.
