Oh, believe me I haven't forgotten that at all as that is my biggest reason for thinking that the company will do exactly as it says. They laid out their plan for the future, and someone listened and liked what they heard to the tune of buying preferred shares at $1.00/share. Also, the CEO and other insiders have a great stake in this as well on their own dime to the tune of a nice chunk of shares.
