Laddie, part of it depends on the fee structure mosh has with their attorneys. If it's some sort of contingency fee, legal fees shouldn't be much of a problem. Moreover, as per the last statement, we had money coming into the trust and i believe it will not only continue but increase as other wells come online. This should be sufficient to defray any costs for legal fees. Overall, i wouldn't worry about it.
