Just one more question... it has never been justified in my mind how JPM can keep a straight face and accept the fact that Pioneer increased their advantage in A-39, without giving up anything, sold MOSH's position for peanuts, and can accept the lie from Pioneer that MOSH was not hurt?
How did Pioneer keep their 50%, but sold our 50%, and JPM accept this as being in our best interest? Shouldn't the deal have been setup so that Pioneer sells their 50% and our 50% and then we split equally any ORRI generated by Woodside? How is it possible for Pioneer to get more and for MOSH to get less? Wasn't JPM supposed to protect us from such robbery, irregardless of how much gas/oil might be in Brazos, or any other lease for that matter?
Disclaimer... all those questions are really one question from the same point of view, if you get my drift.
