It's all part of it. The attorneys for PXD were hired to do a job and they are going to do whatever it is they can do to either get rid of the case or limit the damages. I am confident MOSH's legal team is up to the challenge and can combat their defense. In the end, if the facts and law are on MOSH's side, we should prevail. There is only so much you can spin before the smoke clears and you are left with the facts.
