I am sure the attorneys for MOSH will respond accordingly. It's best to proceed methodically, not with a knee-jerk reaction. Remember, the defendants are not going to paint nice a picture of MOSH. It is their job to make MOSH look bad which means twisting the facts and breaking down the evidence and MOSH's arguments and trying to make them look like the bad guys all the while they (PXD) have acted honestly, expeditiously and innocently. It's really a game of chess. Don't let PXD scare you. The recent motion is nothing more than the typical BS games attorneys play. They want to make MOSH's case look bad. Don't get scared. It's not like they are going to argue MOSH's case is legit.

It will be interesting to see how MOSH respnds though. Should hear something soon, imo.
