Hey, I asked for the St. Maarten beach house and the flat in Tokyo. I will be headquartered there after establishing the Frankfurt shorting program. We are then moving to the nikkei. That is ripe for the picking. We will then have a three pronged approach from three different continents.

My boss said no go on the Tokyo flat until we establish operations there and destroy the proerty values.

This is my cue to exit the boards

I have been told a massive sting operation is underway by Federal officials from several departments including the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, State and local police to round up the naked short sellers and their associates.

I am told that there will be a rather significant departure of top level bashers on RB. Me being one of them.

If the legal arm of this investigation reaches me I want you to know this was done for the betterment of my family and that I did my best to remain inside the level of the law when I posted on RB. I do not believe any of my posts were ever illegal in nature or in violation of any securities regulations.

We have been told that a denial of service campaign is underway by the shorts to hamper the gathering of evidence by the Federal agents. I felt the need to have something posted here apologizing for any illegal actions I may have been a part of in hopes that there will be mercy shown to me if needed.

From what we were told

There was a company very interested in CMKX who wanted to pick up the claims for next to nothing. The short side of CMKX was ruthless. But what they never counted on was Urban continuing to run the A/S and O/S to unheard of heights. He was a prison guard for God's sake. What normally happens is the company slowly bleeds itself to death after a reverse split or two. But Urban kept the market cap of CMKX extremely high by continuing to put new shares in the market and refusing to reverse split. This caused a serious dilema for the shorts who found themselves shorting and shorting but even at .0001, the 703 billion accounted for a $70 million value for CMKX and the claims that the clients of the shorts wanted for much, much less.

That's where the struggle for power got out of control on both sides of the stock between the shorts, their clients and the company.

My boss has had my post deleted.

Look for news coming out of Andros Island, Bahamas this week. Evidently my post caused a panic with upper management. I have read some of the questions asked of me over the weekend. Sorry i can;t respond to them. All I can say is that I never met the people who hold the most power. Bashers work for a mule, or middle man. That mule goes between bashers and top tier management. We check in daily to the office where the mules work. There are 4 mules in that office. It is staffed 24 hours a day by one of those 4 people. When we check in, we must talk to 1 of those 4 people. If, for some reason the voice on the other end of that line is not 1 of those 4 people, we are informed to wipe the hard drive clean, destory the computer and leave no trace. We were all given computers designed to surf the internet without detection. We were told we were untraceable. I believe it because a disgruntled basher could do alot of damage not to mention the possible ramifications of a knock on your door in the middle of the night by the bosses you never got to meet, if you know what I mean.

My original computer has been destroyed. I've been told but can;t confirm that my network of mules and bashers has been taken in. I believe it because when I checked in Friday the voice on the other end of the line was not 1 of the prescribed 4. that tells me a raid had taken place and federal agents were on the other end of the line looking for information. The mules are loyal and may or may not have turned on the bigger bosses. It's very possible that the bigger bosses were already known. Through conversations with some ofthe other bashers in my network I am under the belief that the offices on Andros Island in the Bahamas was raided, arrests were made and property seized. I also believe I am safe as the takedown was meant to cut off the head not the feet. It was also a strong message to others that they aren't safe in their multi-million compounds based on offshore paradise islands around the world.

Evidently the size of the cash stash became too great to ignore and somebody in a very powerful government positons decided it was time to put an end to it.

For now I haven't been contacted by authorities or anybody I knew personally at the network. They are either under arrest or on the run. I am meeting with the attorney provided by the network tomorrow. He has told me ont hephone to continue living my life as me and the other message boards crew members are not what the invetigation was going after. I guess that means I am out of a job.

You need to understand that CMKX will never be allowed to trade again. That aspect is just not plausible. What you more than likely will see is the wrangling of guilty parties until the ball has no where else to be passed. He who holds the ball last gets stuck with the liability. A few people in the middle will probably face some charges and pay some penalties to the NASD and the SEC. Those agencies may turn over the money to CMKX for damages, But to think you will get something like .54/share for a .0001 stock is not being very realistic. If you got a .01/share you would be doing extremely well.

CMKX is going to have to show some kind of massive valuation to get more than .01/share. Maybe they have it, i don't know but the damages can be no more than what the value of CMKX was and what CMKX can show they suffered due to the shorting. You can bet the shorts have some dirt on Urban. Nobody claimed he was innocent totally in this. So look for maybe a .01/share as a starting point. I don't know many people who would argue. Shareholders will not have the opportunity to pick your price in this matter unless you band together and sue for it.

If you feel you can get more than what will come to you, then band together and throw your hat into the ring. I've been around a long time and the shorts will fight to the end. If Urban has a royal flush, he will have to show it pretty quickly or this has the opportunity to get away from him. I know nothing about his attorney but I hope he is a good one because Urban is going to be attacked from all involved who don't want to pay a dime to him or you guys.

Like I've said over and over, it is going to be interesting. The shorts are definitely hiding assets as we speak. The tracks are being covered, the levels in the network have already been wiped clean. I believe news comes fast and furious from here on out. Should be interesting to say the least.

I'm not trying to say you are wrong or anything like that. just telling it like I see it from the point where I was involved in it and not knowing what Urban has to offer as far as evidence against the shorts that would or could cause a .54/share payout. Urban has to prove that is a viable pps before it would even be considered. Not that he doesn;t have it but I sure haven't seen it and preapring yourself for a payout of that magnitude may lead to disappointment at a lower amount that in itself is still rather good for you.

Prepare for the worst and pray for the best. that's what I was always told.
