How do you think the company is comming up with money to do anything.Build buildings,buy equipment,pay help,buy vehicles,pay for pr.A bank will not loan you money for this kind of speculation.The only way is to sell some of there billions of shares to the ignorant small investor,and try to keep the hype going.
