I believe the "flipping" is being mistaken as dilution. I've seen it happen before. We have over 600 people bookmarked on this stock specifically. I'm sure there are many many shareholders, some of which I believe are holding this down, Sucking the life out of this stock like a parasite. I saw 10 million shares bought at .0012 then I saw 3 retail mm's immediately shift over to .0013 on the L2 late in the day Friday.
