He's not talking about penny stocks. SIFMA is a global organization whose members are serious securities firms, banks, and asset managers. I'll bet Mr Jett barely knows what stinky Pinkies are. And I'm pretty sure he's never heard of CMKX, unless he happened to read the SEC's PR.
