The six percent nausea or vomiting is not an issue because exanatide has a higher rate.
amln talks about the lar but they never say anything, I don't think it works. I think it will have a higher nausea rate and immunogenicity problem
I believe cjc may have more of a problem with Theratechnologies glp-1 product. The glp-1 isn't long lasting, it will work like exanatide without the immunogenicity problem because it is derived from humans not a gila monster.
They have a partnership with alza using a patch. The person puts on the patch with each meal that delivers the glp-1. that avoids all injections.
