Yeah, i mentioned this a few times that there could be some urgency on the part of defendants to move this along quickly since energy prices are at record highs. If they were depressed, then perhaps they would continue to stall. However, if the property is as huge as we all think, then i am sure the defendants, particularly Woodside are getting antsy to start drilling. This is why i thought a settlement could be here sooner rather than later. We'll see.
